Hello, my name is Matthew Sheppard and I am a senior forex advisor at XForex.

In the last 6 years I had filled several positions in financial institutions such as a stock broker, a foreign exchange desk manager, a financial consultant and in my recent role I serve as a senior Forex advisor for XForex which is an online forex company.

Because of our high presence on the web, most of our business comes from the online world.

From my extensive experience in the Forex world your key to success will be your client-broker relationship.  I can honestly say that at XForex they put an emphasis on servicing clients, which is so important.

7.    What are the changes have there been in the last several years in the forex market?
The changes are too long for me to discuss in a single interview. In a nutshell, with the world economic crisis hitting, we witnessed the collapse of almost all financial markets. This left investors searching for a safe haven for their money.  They found Forex, in the Forex market you can make money whether markets are falling or rising, all you need is to be right about the market direction.  In addition, with the high leverage offered in the Forex market, investors can make quick profits. The result of the economic situation helped transform Forex into the world’s leading financial market with over $4 trillion changing hands daily; this is far more than any other market in the world.

8.    Do you offer portfolio management services?
No, we do not offer portfolio management services. Our services offer people the opportunity to trade foreign exchange, trade gold and silver and use high leverage to gain high profits.
