Rules for promotion action of contests on Demo Accounts

1. Competitions are held regularly every week throughout the year without interruption.
2. Competitions are held without any restrictions on geography, jurisdiction, or any other special features characterizing the company's customers.
3. The competition is for the Contest Demo Accounts open for operation in the Trading System Z-Trade FX and having equal starting balance of USD 100 000.
4. Determination of results is based on the sum of the total trade transactions of clients on all instruments (FOREX + CFD) during the hours of the trading system during the calendar week.
5. The final summing up is carried out within each Monday following the last week of the competition.
6. The best result of the Contest Demo Account recognized the one which showed the highest profitability in the week as a percentage of the initial amount in the account. It is taken into account the balance in the account value, including the current value of profit-loss on possible open positions.
7. Anyone who opens a Contest Demo Account at any time during the week can take participation in the competition.
8. The prize amount of USD 300 will be transferred to the real account of the winner. To do this he will be asked to fill out all documents and open a real account, if it was not at the time of receiving the prize.
9. The prize is awarded to the winner only if made, at least one deal on his Contest Demo Account. Passive behaviour in the market cannot serve as an indicator of the ability of a bidder!
Reports on the results and conclusions:
1. Type of reports on the results of trade participating in the contest Clients determined by the capabilities of the trading platform Z-Trade FX and must contain a summary of trading activities during the whole period of the contest.
2. At each report date (the first working day of the week following the competition) an authorized employee of the Company provides a summary report on the accounts of customers participating in the contest prepared by the trading platform.
3. Based on the report, as defined in Section 3 by an authorized employee of the Company is preparing a summary table of the impact of trade transactions for each account participants separately.
4. Based on the table as defined in paragraph 4 of an authorized officer of the Company determines the best result of trading in the account and sends information about it to accountant.
5. Accountant performs transmission of the prize to the winner live account. In case of absence of an open account with a winner - he will be asked to execute all relevant documents in accordance with the Company’s Account Opening Procedures and open such accounts.
6. The period during which the customer can receive the prize amount is determined in three calendar months from the date of summing up the competition, which he won.
7. The prize amount of USD 300, transferred to the winner’s real account cannot be withdrawn from the said account until the Client forwards 20 trade orders to the Company using the newly opened real account.
8. Alteration, amendment or repeal these Rules may be amended at any time, but will only enter into force after previous announcement and on a day following the day of the completion of a currently carrying out competition.
9. Alteration, amendment or repeal these Rules are to be approved by the Executive Director of the Company and promptly published in the pages of the company’s website. This information, also at the discretion of the Company can be delivered to subscribers via electronic messages.
