Bonus for Deposit - is the ongoing action providing new accounts with $100 bonus on first deposit.

1. The purpose of the advertising campaign is encouraging and increasing the interest of the customers in
the provided Brokerage services on FOREX & CFD Markets.
2. Validity of the promotion is from 22.11.2010 till 22.11.2011.
3. The promotion is in for all clients of the Company who open FOREX & CFD real trading account
after the start of the campaign and have deposited an amount equal to or more than 1000 USD.
4. Each trading account, which will be opened after 22.11.2010 and deposited for funds in an amount not
less than 1000 USD, will be on behalf of the Company credited bonus for amount of 100 USD.
5. This promotion will be conducted among potential clients during the classroom workshops and on-line
seminars on the Internet.
6. Conditions in which bonus will be credited to the Customer’s account:
A) The client attended the Seminar and completed the Questionnaire, which indicated participation in the
ongoing campaign, and the correct personal data. At the time of completion of documents for opening an
account manager of Company notifies employees of the Company (which opens a customer account and
draw up the documents) about the presence of the Client’s application as a participant of the promotion.
B) The client was present at an on-line seminar (link to it and the time of the regularly published on the
pages of the site) under his own "Login". The client knows and writes the promotion "code word" when
filling the Questionnaire to open a real account, which code word will be especially pronounced as the
code by the member of the Company during the seminar.
7. The company may conduct in a free-form the held records of the on-line seminars and /or the logins of
the participants.
8. Application forms can be stored for indefinite time until the end of the campaign.
9. Application forms can be stored in any of the official offices of the Company.
10. The responsible person from the Company on each occasion of bonus payment, respectively records
in the “Bonus Recipients Register “of the ongoing campaign, indicating the identity of the client.
11. For each client is allowed only one bonus transfer of an amount of 100 USD, for account opened to
trade on FOREX & CFD markets.
