ETFs-
What happens if an ETF is traded as a mutual fund, which trades as a stock? It is same as an index fund, which denotes a stockholder that represents an index like S&P500.

Fewer Fees: ETFs have fewer fees; large sum of fees is required in foreign ETFs only.
Tax: There are no unusual profis or losses if traders purchase ETFs and take correct decision of selling considering the suitability of ETF tax-wise.
Demerits-
Ease: The convenience of trading with an ETF means that traders may put up for sale an ETF when the trader supposed that he should have waited before doing taking that decision . This situation of inconvenience to make trading situation can be resolved using easy ETFs.
Extended Market: When a trader buys an odd ETF the extension of purchase and sell of that ETF become momentous. This can be resolved by investing in major ETFs.
Disadvantages of index funds: If traders get advantage of index fund involved in the ETF, trading likewise some of the disadvantages of the index fund will come with it as well. The reason is ETF follows the features of index fund blindly.
