While this book is not written about forex trading specifically, the concepts and trading techniques are applicable and useful. I used BBs for years before reading Mr. Bollinger's book, and I learned a lot, not only about the bands, but about technical analysis and setting up trades successfully. It helped me improve my returns. While it was easy to read, I had to go back and re-read parts to really get it--it seems simple but there is more depth than meets a first read.
