Is this available from an Iphone - tried it without too much luck...

Please advice.

I have been using it for couple weeks now and I use it on my iPhone. It's a new thing so it takes some time to adjust. Hang in there. =p

I sugguest you write to their tech support and explain your issue to them, I did that and they were very helpful.
