Choosing the broker

I would really like to hear what made you choose your broker, most of them offer so much for so little, I don't really know what should be the criterion for that choice.

Any help would be appreciated.

The most important factor for me is that the broker that I am trading with is financially stable so that they do not run off with my money. As the FX market is more lightly regulated than the stocks and the futures market you have to be more diligent when choosing where to place your money.

Second after this is who has the best spreads. Here I look at not only the spreads that are displayed but what the actual execution is on those spreads.

Lastly I look at their platform how stable is it and does it have the features that I want.

I am with forex-metal.com The most important thing for me was the safety of my money and whether the broker is honest in the trades. I also like their charting(they have MT4 platform) and customer support.
IMO,do not trust brokers who,as you said, offer "so much for so little".
