To trade gold?

Ive recently heard that the price of gold has been falling. Until now i have only traded currencies. Do any of you who have experince with trading gold recommend that i enter the field? Do you think that prices will begin to rise some time in the near future?

Chances are gold prices will rise in the long run due to the struggling international economy. I'm no expert on precious metal values but that would be the most probable possibility.

An investment in gold coins and bars is a good hedge in uncertain economic times.It is obvious that if you are wiling to take risks, you may want to invest in gold futures.Thanks for the recommendation.
