The accountability for any harm made will lead to legal implications. The forum administration is permitted to publicize the users’ details and act accordingly. Please post opinionative posts alone. Publicized content is considered factual only if it is referenced or proofed.

It is prohibited to upload a file or use a file which may harm, damage, hide, change, or transfer informative files without informing the user and obtaining his/her consent. Spreading any sort of viruses on the forum will lead to an immediate expulsion from the ForexPros forums and the user’s personal details will be transferred to the relevant authorities.

It is prohibited to upload or use any HTML code in the forums. It is prohibited to use large-sized fonts and to upload pictures that are not suitable in the space offered.

The user’s signature may not exceed over 120 characters. It should be short and concise.

The information the user submits in the forum is visible to all site visitors. ForexPros holds the copyright for the site content, and can use the information in any way desired. ForexPros can use the content in any other site location, stating the name of the author.

ForexPros is not accountable for any messages, articles, or publications of any kind. The nature of the forum discussions, in whole or in part, is accountable solely by the author publishing the post.

ForexPros is not accountable for any damage, malfunction, loss, etc., caused by publishing any content in the forums, or using the information displayed. The accountability for utilizing the information displayed in the forums belongs to the user alone.

ForexPros recommends users to refrain from publishing any information, files or any other personal data such as telephone numbers or addresses, in order to avoid harassments from other users. As stated, ForexPros is not accountable for any damage caused in such cases. ForexPros keeps the right to erase any post with personal information as stated above.

The forum threads must consist of short and concise titles summarizing the post content. Should the title be inappropriate, the post will be locked, edited or erased per the administrator’s decision. It is prohibited to open short threads that are illogical. Authors of such posts are considered spammers and may be banned by the forum administrators.

It is prohibited to register to the forum multiple times under different user names. This is considered spam and the forum administrator will immediately ban these users. ForexPros is not accountable for the forum moderators, and is officially announcing that most of the moderators are not site employees and do not receive any salary on our behalf. ForexPros is not accountable for any of the moderators’ content and posts. The objective of these moderators is to enrich the forum content professionally and to ensure that the discussions remain appropriate and suitable for the forums. Should a user receive three warnings from the forum administrators, they may block or suspend him/her without prior notice.

ForexPros is authorized to change these regulations at any time, without a prior notification. Any changes made in this regulation are applied to the users from the moment of publication. The users must continually check for these updates.

It is prohibited to post any brokers, sites, blogs or financial portals without prior permission from the forum administrators. Should the user post such links, the threads will be edited or erased and the user will be banned.

Forexpros has the right to edit/erase any post of inappropriate nature. Also, the forum administration has the right to block any user for an infinite period.
