Oil at $60 by March?

I just cant imagine that the oil price is
one of the most inconsistent price in the world.. almost every other day there is a change in price.. Price Hike and Roll Back. that seems to be sp tiring to hear,.

yes i think due unexpected shortage of crud oil stock and increase in demand for petrol also puts an impact and reached the price 60$ coming month.
