The Avantage Financial futures and options program had its best month ever in August, gaining 7.89% on the month. Ceo Per-Erik Karlsson is delighted with the development of the program this year, being up 21.04% year to date.
He said "After an initial slow start July and August last year, we have made several major changes to the program on both the risk management and also intraday trading, which have really started to pay off. The goal was to deliver gains of 20% or higher per year, with less than 5% monthly drawdown. That goal has now been reached following Augusts’ big number. However it is a never ending improvement process, so we will work very hard to improve even further"
