Helix Investment Management was founded in July 2011 by Ivan Deryugin, who is currently studying accounting and economics at UC Santa Barbara as a member of the Honors Program of the College of Letters & Sciences. Helix Investment Management believes in a fundamental approach to investing, investing in companies whose growth prospects are not tied to broader economic conditions, but rather are leveraged to secular growth trends. The companies in our portfolio are able to grow in both recessions and expansions, and have strong balance sheets, long-term potential, and above all, immunity from economic weakness.
