The Group has no research conflicts – we are not brokers, investment bankers or asset managers, and our clients – for the most part bulge-bracket firms - have the additional comfort that we are regulated and authorised by the FSA and registered with the SEC. Our research is available by subscription only or via commission sharing agreements. We do not conduct any company-sponsored research without the participation of the relevant stock exchange and regulator.
