Returns Policy
You may return most items within the guarantee period for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, let us know immediately). We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: a) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. b) Any CD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). c) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Postage, handling, and tax:
Tax will be assessed on items being shipped to California addresses, at a rate of 7.75%.
