Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Basic Industry, Trade and Mining sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 0.45%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk (JK:LPIN), which rose 25.00% or 225 points to trade at 1125 at the close. Meanwhile, Trimitra Propertindo Tbk PT (JK:LAND) added 24.68% or 285 points to end at 1440 and Inti Kapuas Arowana Tbk (JK:IIKP) was up 18.64% or 44.00 points to 280.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Akbar Indomakmur Stimec Tbk (JK:AIMS), which fell 13.04% or 30 points to trade at 200 at the close. Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk PT (JK:BIKA) declined 12.50% or 25 points to end at 175 and Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk PT (JK:TOPS) was down 11.52% or 95 points to 730.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 195 to 187 and 116 ended unchanged.
Shares in Trimitra Propertindo Tbk PT (JK:LAND) rose to all time highs; rising 24.68% or 285 to 1440.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.68% or 0.48 to $70.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.98% or 0.77 to hit $79.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 0.50 to trade at $1210.80 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.34% to 14825.0, while AUD/IDR fell 0.49% to 10763.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 93.59.
