The miners depend on silver and not the other way around, same with oil and oil companies.

In any election year, there is always a bias towards interest rates to go down. It is probably tye best time to lock in mortgage rates as election date comes closer. I'm thinking there will be a cut a henceforth PMs going up this Wednesday. I'd be surprised if rate isn't cut.

I’ve noticed that the patho longs are also patho pessimists. They scour the internet looking for bad news. It seems they WANT bad things to happen. If you are looking for bad new, it’s out there and you can find it. I will continue to say going on 2 years maybe longer, the dollar isn’t going away. The markets aren’t going to crash, silver isn’t going to $50 this year, and there will not be a recession this year. Everything is good up until Election Day. Then I may see thing differently at that point. Even mid last year you had Jamie Simon prediction terrible economy things for 2024. But I knew better. It wasn’t just him. I go by what I see with my own eyes rather than scouring the internet for bad news.
