Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 25 gained 0.00%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 25 were Paz Oil (TA:PZOL), which rose 2.53% or 1420 points to trade at 57520 at the close. Meanwhile, Delek Group (TA:DLEKG) added 1.69% or 2000 points to end at 120000 and Delek Drilling LP (TA:DEDRp) was up 1.20% or 21 points to 1767 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Israel Corp (TA:ILCO), which fell 1.66% or 2300 points to trade at 136600 at the close. ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TA:ICL) declined 1.37% or 37 points to end at 2663 and OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK) was down 1.33% or 79 points to 5879.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 233 to 106 and 115 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.07% or 0.04 to $60.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.59% or 0.38 to hit $64.08 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.52% or 6.10 to trade at $1174.80 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.03% to 3.8376, while EUR/ILS fell 0.06% to 4.3124.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.14% at 95.35.
